🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video

To claim a replacement or refund for damaged or incorrect products, a clear, uncut unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package

  • The complete unboxing process

  • The product condition

❗ Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

📌 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products:

  • ❌ No returns or refunds for change of mind

  • ❌ Returns are not accepted for wrong selection, personal preference, or dislike

  • Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or design are natural in handcrafted products and are not considered defects

📌 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear unboxing video

  • Photos (if required)

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after approval

  • Approved refunds will be completed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
